“President-Hotel” which belongs to the Department of President’s Affairs of the Russian Federation (before “Oktyabrskaya”) was opened in 1983. The building of this project was very important, because the customer was the Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU. The hotel meant for the supply of the activity of foreign policy for the administration of the CC of the CPSU and supreme public authorities, it had a high rank and privileged status.
One of the most attractive peculiarities of “PRESIDENT-HOTEL” which advantageously distinguishes it from many other hotels is the convenient location on the picturesque bank of the Moskva, in the administrative, business and trade centre of Moscow.
From the upper floors of “PRESIDENT-HOTEL” you can appreciate a splendid view over the central part of the city, the quay of the Moskva, the monument to Peter I, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and Bolshaya Yakimanka street leading straight to the Cremlin.
