Pension “Maslovo” belongs to FGUP “Rublevo-Uspenskiy medical-recovering complex” of the Department of President’s Affairs of Russian Federation and is situated not far from Nikolina mountain in old pinery. In this calm, heavenly nook of Moscow region there is your second home. Hospitable personnel will do everything for you to feel yourself a VIP-person. Big cozy rooms equipped with all the necessary will pleasantly surprise even the most demanding guests.
Coming to the pension “Maslovo” you feel free: cozy, comfortable, quiet. The access to the territory is blocked, that is why even at night you can feel safe and enjoy starry sky walking over the territory and breathing in the smell of pines.

Unique SPA-complex includes: Turkish-Byzantine bath, sauna, hayloft, panoramic heated pool with improved cleanup system (cleaning even after one visitor). One part of the pool is in the complex, the other is outdoors. You, steamed, jump into water in the complex, swim till the middle of the water and the glass doors automatically open and you see a splendid view and find yourself outdoors between pines.
In the complex there is also billiards-hall and restaurant. Russian bath-house with chimney-hall, billiards-hall and kitchen is located separately on the territory of the pension. For the lovers of active rest there is a tennis-court. Due to the fact that pension “Maslovo” is in 5 minutes from health-complex “Sosna” the guests of “Maslovo” can use all the service of that pension.
Pension “Maslovo” is perfect for rest and for work. Banquet-hall is for 60 persons. Negotiation room can be a hall for arrangements. It is very comfortable to organize corporative arrangements. The participators of conferences are accommodated in the pension. Nutrition and the arrangement can be held in the pension building as well as in the restaurant.

Accommodation at 18.00, leaving at 16.00. On holidays the weekend price is valid.
The cost of residing on weekdays and at weekend includes single breakfast for one person and double breakfast for two persons, visiting the pool and the gym of “Sosna” from 09.00 till 20.00, medical consultation in “Sosna”. Turn from Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway (20 km from Moscow Ring Road) according to the sign “Nikolina mountain”. Through village Nikolina Mountain, turn to the right according to the sign “Maslovo, Sosnoviy bor” to Prokofiev alley. From Prokofiev alley turn to the right to Zemlyanichnaya street. Three-room luxe of 92 sq. m. Two bedrooms + a living-room. In two bedrooms: two double-beds, a wardrobe, a soft nook. In the living-room: TV, a telephone, kitchen suite of furniture, a dining-table, a refrigerator, a kettle, cooking battery, an electric stove, lavatory, a balcony (loggias in some rooms, also it is possible to use some rooms as conference-halls). In the bathroom: a bath with a shower (in some rooms there are two lavatories, Jacuzzi), a toilet, a mirror, towers.
Two-storeyed room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin are on the first floor, a bedroom with a bath (Jacuzzi) separated by a partition from the common area of chill-out is on the ground floor. There are also a separate cloakroom and a “cold” room for keeping furs (10-12 sq. m.).
The room is perfect for organizing any corporative or friendly party in it. A huge living-room with a billiards-table and a big balcony can admit 30 persons. a bathroom with Jacuzzi, lavatory for guests.
