The territory of SPA-hotel “Bekasovo” occupies 11,4 hectares and is not far from the holiday-home “Bekasovo”. Around the territory there are 6 two-storeyed dwelling houses, Entertainment centre with pools, Finnish saunas and Turkish bath “Hamam”, karaoke-bar and billiards hall, children game room and playing-machines; SPA-centre with a phytobar, a solarium, cardio-training room and cabinets for cosmetology and sanitary procedures, Central building with a refectory, the restaurant “Tet-a-tet” and the night club “Misteria” and a car park. Around the SPA-hotel there are a forest with deciduous and coniferous trees where one can pick up mushrooms and berries in summer and ski in winter. We invite you to visit interesting courses of Body-flex, Step-aerobics and Medical Physical Training which allow children and adults to strengthen muscles. Personal program of lowering weight as a present! The courses are taught by a qualified trainer.
Medical Physical Training - it is a complex of exercises for correcting of bearing, prophylaxis of child’s scoliosis (for children of 5-17 years old with element of phytball) and adult’s osteochondrosis. The courses are held in the rest-home.
Body-flex - gymnastics on the basis of stretching exercises, it contributes to: * quick lowering of weight; * prophylaxis of osteochondrosis; * strengthening of muscles and joints; * restore of metabolism.
Step-aerobics - a special complex of exercises with elements of dancing exercises which is done on a step-platform. Step-aerobics contributes to: * strengthening of muscles; * lowering of weight; * developing of endurance. The courses are held in the training room of the rest-home.
Pools - A big pool (8*15 meters) with a waterfall, geysers and backflow. A child’s pool with a fountain and slide. Nearby there is a jacuzzi. Our specialists will arrange for you races, games, competitions, aqua-aerobics and teach you to swim. To visit the pool you must have a medical reference which you can get from the medical worker in Wellness-centre “Vodoley” (every day from 11:00 till 19:00) and in the medical cabinet in the rest-home “Bekasovo” (from Monday till Friday from 10:00 till 12:00. The reference costs 30 roubles. You can buy non-permanent slippers, hats for douche and for pool, health and beauty aids. You can also rent a beach ball, inflatable rings, air-jackets and oversleeves.
Aqua-aerobics - a complex of exercises done in water, it is the most safe and non-traumatic in comparison with exercises in the air. You can do aqua-aerobics even if you cannot swim. Water makes constant resistance to all the directions of body movement, that is why this complex is the most effective. Aqua-aerobics contributes to: * improving of metabolism * strengthening of muscles tone * lowering of weight * developing of strength, endurance and flexibility The result is a slim tightened figure, lightness in all the body and elation!
